Piles

Piles are swollen veins located around the anus or lower in rectum. Piles are also called hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are normal part of the anatomy and are located at the junction where small arteries merge into veins. There are two kinds of hemorrhoids like internal and external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are present within anus and external hemorrhoids are present outside of anus. If you have extreme itching around the anus, painful bowel movement, fecal leakage these sign are piles. There are many treatments like dietary Fiber and pain relief.

Fissure

The anal fissure is a tear in the skin of the lower rectum that may occur when a hard stool is departed. It may causes of the pain during bowel movements but they don't lead to more serious problems. The most common cause of anal fissures is constipation. In the process of the surgery the specialist make a cut in the ring of muscle and holds patient anus closed to stop it from going into the spasm.

Fistula

The anal fistula is an unusual relation between the anus and the skin. The most commonly anal fistulas are common among those who have had an anal abscess. The treatment of the anal abscess is necessary to reduce the chance of the infection in the anal fistula. The surgeon removes the anal abscess from the anal fistula by the treatment or surgery.
