Bladder Cancer

The bladder cancer is a type of the urologic cancer. The bladder cancer has the highest recurrence rate of any malignancy that has occurs in the lining of the bladder. Common symptom in this disease the blood comes with the urine which is often painless.
Symptoms of the bladder cancer:

  • The blood comes with the urine when the patient urination.
  • May be pain when the patient urination.
  • Back pain
  • The urine comes frequently

BCG treatment for bladder cancer

BCG is a vaccine that is used to deter tuberculosis. The BCG vaccine also used to effective treatment in the bladder cancers. The BCG vaccine is given directly into the bladder.

  • The doctor used to interavesicular infusion for given the BCG vaccine. BCG is given directly into the bladder by a urinary catheter.
  • Urinary catheter inserting by the urethra. The BCG given through the injected into the catheter. After this procedure the catheter is unclamped and the fluid is drained.
  • This procedure takes time about two hours.

Stress Urinary Incontinence

The urinary stress incontinence occurs when a small amount of urine to leak from the urethra by the running or heave lifting, sneezing or coughing. It is the most common type of the incontinence that women mostly suffered by this disease. And stress urinary incontinence also occurs in the women who have given birth. Psychological stress is not related to the stress incontinence. Some women suffered from stress urinary incontinence when they get their menstruation.
